Behind The Scenes: 2016 Blue Photoshoot

On March 10th and March 11th, members of the Enzoani US team made the hour-long trip up to Pasadena, California for the 2016 Blue collection photo shoot. Upon arrival, the team was awestruck at the enormity of the mansion and grounds, dubbed the 'Pasadena Princess,' where the shoot was taking place. As it turns out, this 'mega-mansion' is the largest home in the Pasadena area, measuring at 31,415 total square feet with 15 bedrooms and 19 bathrooms, sitting on almost five acres of lush, manicured land. With everything from a mini bamboo forest, a winding (but empty) river, expansive freshwater pool, and intricate maze garden, the property was the perfect setting for the fresh, glamorous theme of the shoot.

For the Blue shoot, Enzoani commissioned the same photographer, Nicole Nodland, who shot the newest 2016 Beautiful collection images. Already familiar with Nicole's beautiful work and efficient shooting style, the team was confident that the Blue images would turn out more beautiful than ever...and from the looks of it, the 2016 collection is shaping up to be one of the best ones yet. Models Alyssa and Simone acted as the perfect subjects for showcasing all of this year's impressive styles, featuring plenty of stunning backs, intricate lacework, and figure-flattering silhouettes.

While US Customer Service Account Manager Jessica Moua and Customer Service Assistant Eureka Moua dutifully assisted with arranging the gowns to create the cleanest shots, US Inventory Coordinator Penny Kue and US Marketing Coordinator Linda Nguyen ensured that the gowns were in tip-top shape for each photograph. Even the smallest details can stand out in a photo, and all of the Enzoani US team worked meticulously to ensure the results would turn out as picture-perfect as possible. 

Despite a bit of last-minute rain and gusting winds in between heat waves, the shoot went off without a hitch thanks to a major group effort with everyone contributing, and the team returned to the office hopeful and excited for the results. We are all looking forward to seeing the final products, and can't wait to share the gorgeous images with everyone this year!
