From Studio to Runway: 2016 Blue by Enzoani Collection

Behind the Scenes of the 2016 Blue by Enzoani Collection Shoot

In March 2015, team members from the Southern California-based Enzoani US office made a trip up to Pasadena, California for the 2016 Blue by Enzoani collection photo shoot. Upon arrival, the team was awestruck at the enormity of the mansion and grounds, dubbed the 'Pasadena Princess,' where the shoot was taking place. As it turns out, this 'mega-mansion' is the largest home in the Pasadena area, measuring at 31,415 total square feet with 15 bedrooms and 19 bathrooms, sitting on almost five acres of lush, manicured land. Displaying everything from a mini bamboo forest, a winding (but emptied) river, expansive freshwater pool, and intricate maze garden, the property was the perfect setting for the fresh, glamorous theme of the shoot.

For the Blue collection shoot, Enzoani commissioned Nicole Nodland, the same photographer who shot Enzoani's newest 2016 Beautiful Bridal collection images. Already familiar with Nicole's beautiful work and efficient shooting style, the team was confident that the Blue images would turn out more beautiful than ever...and from the looks of it, the 2016 collection is shaping up to be one of the best ones yet. Models Alyssa and Simone acted as the perfect subjects for showcasing all of this year's impressive wedding dresses, with styles featuring plenty of stunning backs, intricate lacework, gorgeous embellishments, and figure-flattering silhouettes.

While Enzoani staff members dutifully assisted with arranging the bridal gowns and trains to ensure they were in tip-top shape for each photograph, Nicole's photography crew took careful steps in prepping lighting and camera focus to create the cleanest shots. Even the smallest details can stand out in a photo, and everyone on set worked meticulously to make sure the results would turn out as picture-perfect as possible.

Despite a bit of last-minute rain and gusting winds in between heat waves, the shoot went off without a hitch thanks to a major group effort with everyone contributing, and the team returned to the office hopeful and excited for the results. The entire Enzoani team could not be more excited, and is looking forward to sharing the gorgeous images with everyone this year!
