Enzoani Africa Marketing Coordinator's 'Best Day Ever!'

A very special Enzoani wedding...

Luzanne Louw, Enzoani Africa's Marketing Coordinator/Sales Executive, got married on November 13th, 2015 in her dream Enzoani gown, on her dream wedding day, to the man of her dreams! It was a beautiful day, with Luzanne looking absolutely gorgeous with her Enzoani Jodie wedding dress and an even more radiant smile!

THE DRESS

"One of the perks of working for Enzoani is having access to the very first sneak peeks of the new collections. From the first time I saw the preview images of the 2015 Enzoani collection, the Jodie caught my eye. At this stage I was not engaged as yet, however, without having seen the gown in person, I already knew that this was 'THE DRESS.'"

"The Jodie is the perfect example of the timeless essence that the Enzoani collection has become famous for. The gown was breathtaking from the front and back with a low lace illusion back and crystal buttons. I liked how the sweetheart neckline was rounded off with scalloped lace. The entire bodice was made out of Chantilly and Corded lace. The gown was elegant and timeless, and the two-tiered tulle mermaid skirt with hem lace is trendy and modern at the same time. I am a bit of a belt freak when it comes to wedding gowns, and had to round it off with my favourite belt, Belt A, also from the Enzoani collection."

THE LOVE STORY

"Jaco and I dated for just over four years before we got married. To this day, I still find new things I love about him. He is one of the - to the core - best people I know. In my experience, it is true that you just know when he is 'The One.'"

"My very good friend from school met Jaco before I did, and for months she said I should meet him. We eventually met at a mutual friend’s house. Everything happens in good time as it should, and a year later we went on our first date. Jaco told me that he went home that night and told his friend that I was the girl that he was going to marry. Since then we have been inseparable."

"This month, we will be celebrating our third month of marriage and there is no better thing in life than marrying your best friend."

THE WEDDING DAY

"The entire day is such a memorable and special experience, it is hard to single out the most memorable experience. I do, however, remember the moment it all got really real for me. There is so much happening on the wedding day, you sometimes have to remind yourself that “This is the day!” Throughout the planning of the wedding, I was very relaxed. There was, however, one moment at the wedding where I literally shook in my boots (in this case my stunning Steve Madden heels!)"

"The moment I stood at the beginning of the aisle next to my dad, staring at my soon-to-be husband, I almost jumped out of my dress of excitement and a bit of nerves. At this stage, at a wedding, I believe it all becomes real for the groom as well. Jaco had such a huge smile on his face; I almost wanted to run down the aisle to get to him. It is such a big moment at a wedding for the bride, groom, friends and family, therefore certainly one of the most memorable moments for me."

"Don’t sweat the small stuff. From our experience, the secret recipe to an unforgettable wedding is: a venue with a lot of accommodation for your guests, keep your guests entertained while you take pictures, an awesome DJ, and great food."
