Tracie, UK Marketing Manager & Global Digital Marketing Coordinator: This year is extra special for us, because my husband Neil and I will be going out for a romantic Valentine's dinner at the same place we got engaged. We’ve been together since we were in school, and this year we’re celebrating  our  15-year anniversary on Valentine’s Day. What better way to celebrate than with a champagne dinner!

Penny, US Inventory Coordinator: This Valentine's Day, I'll be spending time with friends! We plan to go on a hike to the "Top of the World," then visit the Dripping Cave in Laguna Beach, California. Maybe we’ll also go on a romantic walk on the beach and hopefully catch the sunset. Afterwards, we’ll grab dinner and spend the rest of the night at our new favorite hangout spot.

Melissa, US Design Intern: My fiancé, Sterling, and I will be celebrating Valentine's Day at our new favorite spot, The Boathouse restaurant in Long Beach. They have two great bands that will be playing live that night, as well as a special V-Day menu! We will be sitting on the patio that overlooks Belmont Harbor as the sun sets. It is the perfect romantic venue!

Laura & Carlo, Canada West Sales Reps: For us romance is just being together.  We are not only husband and wife, but best friends.  We will probably start the evening with dinner and a movie with our two youngest children.  We will drive home slowly to get them nice and sleepy, then when we get home and they are tucked in bed, we will make a large pitcher of martinis and sneak into our hot tub.  Overlooking the ocean and lights on the mountains, we will sip on our drinks and talk the night away.  When we start to see the sun come up we know it's time to go in, before the kids get up!  After 25 years of marriage and four children, the best times we share are just being together, talking and sharing the moment we are in.

Anne, UK Finance Controller: My husband Paul and I celebrated our 37th wedding anniversary this week! So this year, I am planning on giving him the perfect present for Valentine’s Day: I am allowing him to be 100% right on everything for a whole twenty-four hours!

Angelique, South Africa Purchasing Coordinator: This is our first Valentine’s Day as a married couple, and this year, it is my turn to plan the day. Finances are a bit tight and I am still learning to cook, so this makes it quite challenging to arrange something fancy. Hehe. We are currently running around, very busy and still trying to get used to the married lifestyle. I want this Valentine’s Day to be relaxed and I just want us to spend time together. I am going to give him a “Waffle Breakfast” invitation the night before, I will wake up real early and make waffles so that we can have a fun breakfast. I also made a “Hubby Coffee Mug” which I will fill with his favourite goodies as a present. Then in the afternoon I’m going to take him to Magnolia Dal where there is a “love bridge”, and we will then put a heart lock on the bridge and have a little picnic. For the evening I have a “Loveseat reservation” (see picture) where we will hang out on our couch with snacks and just enjoy each other’s company. I also printed coupons to give to him. This takes the pressure off me, because he can then decide how I should spoil him!

Paul, US Executive Assistant: My significant other and I rarely get each other holiday gifts because we already get each other enough gifts when it’s not a holiday. I wouldn’t be getting my significant other flowers because I can already tell she is going to ask me why I wasted money when we could have just gone out to eat or done something else… but then again, knowing us, we aren’t going to want to go out to eat anywhere on the day of Valentine’s anyway because there will most likely be a line everywhere we go out that night! What will probably happen is a nice home cooked dinner, some movies and a ton of snacks, a couple glasses of nice wine and us in each other’s arms all night.

Courtney, US Marketing Intern: So for Valentine’s Day I usually am always working all day at my part-time restaurant job, because it’s probably the busiest day in the restaurant business. My boyfriend and I usually just go out to dinner a day or two before to celebrate. However, this year I got the night off from work so we get to celebrate on the actual day which we have never gotten to do before, so that is pretty exciting for us. We have been together for three years and we always go out to dinner and maybe a movie on Valentine's Day, very simple!

Joy, US South East Sales Rep: This Valentine's Day, my husband and I do not have anything planned, but we normally will take out the kids with us for some special and fun quality time with the family.

Lilie, US Marketing Manager: For my boyfriend Hiep and I, we definitely don't wait all year for Valentine's Day to make things special.  It's just another day doing the things we love together.  We love to mountain bike, so I'm pretty positive that our Valentine's morning will be spent biking on the mountains in this great California weather (not really, there's a heatwave right now!).  In the evening, we may just stay home to hide from the crowds, rest our aching bones, cook up a delicious feast, pop open a bottle of Cabernet, and watch a movie.  We met about 7 years ago through a hiking group, but our relationship sparked from our love for biking and training for a mountain biking trip to Peru last year.  We have been taking biking trips together ever since, and our next destination may be New Zealand this year, but it's all still up in the air!   Happy love day everyone!  Celebrate it loving and appreciating those good people in your life - friends, family, or partner!

Linda, US Marketing Coordinator: For Valentine's Day, my significant other and I will be going to our local plant nursery to look for some succulents to spruce up our patio! Then we will wrap up this day of love by having dinner with our friends: good food, good company, good times! Cheers to love!

From the whole Enzoani team, we wish you all a very Happy Valentine's Day!
